TechSETS has created a forum for technical support professionals to
find answers to questions they may have in supporting school technology.
An intelligent Knowledge Base has been developed to allow members to
search through archived resolutions, while also allowing new questions to
be posed. Questions are directed to the TechSETS helpdesk staffed by
technical professionals across the state.
