  • Contact the Settlement Claims Administrator (SCA) if there is any question about the eligibility of specific goods and services for reimbursement.

  • View the Information Program Video, which features information presented by attorneys for both parties in the Settlement, as well as the Settlement Claims Administrator.

  • For Districts, check the current status of your district technology plan.
    Look for "Tech Plan Status" towards the bottom of the screen.

  • Check a school's 2005-06 enrollment data using Dataquest.

    Directions:
    1. Level = District;
    2. Subject = Enrollment;
    3. Click Submit;
    4. Time frame = 2005-06;
    5. Enter District name;
    6. Click Submit;
    7. Select "District and School Enrollment by Grade"
    8. Click Submit.

  • Check a school's Free and Reduced Price Meals percentage using Dataquest.

    Directions:
    1. Level = District;
    2. Subject = Create Your Own report;
    3. Click Submit;
    4. Time frame = 2005-06;
    5. Enter district name;
    6. Click Submit;
    7. On School Data form, put checkmark in box marked "Free or Reduced Price Meals";
    8. Scroll down and select district name;
    9. Select "District Summary (with school data)";
    10. Click Submit.

  • Contact your regional CTAP office for assistance in developing your two-paragraph application narrative, and to obtain your K-12 Voucher password for accessing the online application.

  • Apply for your Lead Education Agency (LEA) to become an approved provider for IT support services and/or professional development services.

  • Check the existing list of approved providers for IT and Professional Development services.
