TechSETS' Training Model
In order to provide access to effective and affordable training, our first objective is to identify the
technology services needed in California schools. By looking at what services are needed, we can then
identify the tasks and skills necessary to support those services. Training can then be targeted to
helping staff acquire the identified skills.
